Group Fitness 

Group Fitness Class incorporates multiple modes of fitness, including: body weight exercises, resistance exercises, and interval training. Programming targets weight loss, increasing muscle tone, and increasing overall fitness ability. Individuals of all fitness levels (beginner through advanced) will benefit from this class. Group Fitness is offered 6 days per week.

Personal Training 

Personal training provides an individualized approach to health and fitness.  Clients work one-on-one to achieve their individual goals.  Programs will be tailored to each client's specific needs.​ Personal Training sessions are scheduled on an individual basis. 

  • $30 per month ($20 for Group Fitness Members)
  • $5 drop-in
  • Individual: $50 per session
  • 2 Athletes: $25 per person per session
  • 3 Athletes: $20 per person per session
  • 4+ Athletes: $15 per person per session

Open Gym  

Open access to the gym facility and equipment, including free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, row machines, multi-purpose rig, etc. Please consult the schedule for current Open Gym times. 

  • ​$60 for one hour session
  • $35 for one half hour session
  • $50 per session for ten or more one hour sessions
  • $30 per session for ten or more half hour sessions
  • $100 monthly
  • Best Deal-$925 for one year (paid in full)

Athlete Development

The Athlete Development program uses scientific research to help individuals improve overall athletic ability. Class programming focuses on speed and agility training, strength training, and metabolic conditioning, to provide a balanced approach to improve multiple aspects of athletic performance. This program incorporates closely supervised training to enhance athletic performance in a small group setting.
